The ARRI Hi-5 is the crown jewel of ARRI’s fifth-generation Electronic Control System (ECS), replacing the industry-standard WCU-4. It is a high-performance, multi-axis wireless hand unit designed for precise control of focus, iris, and zoom (FIZ). Built for the rigors of professional film sets, it combines a rugged, weatherproof exterior with a sophisticated, software-driven interior.

3-Inch Touchscreen: A high-contrast, sunlight-readable TFT LCD with an intuitive GUI modeled after ARRI camera menus.
Hot-Swappable Batteries: Uses ARRI LBP-3500 Li-Ion batteries that can be swapped without powering down the unit, maintaining uptime on set.
Universal Compatibility: Provides full camera control for ARRI systems and, via optional licenses, for RED, Sony, and Panavision cameras.
Future-Proof Design: Modular hardware and frequent software updates (SUP) ensure the kit evolves with new camera technologies and wireless standards.
