The Canon K35 lenses, originally high-speed cinema primes from the 1970s (winning an Academy Award in 1977), have been rehoused by True Lens Services (TLS) to provide modern mechanical reliability while preserving their distinctive vintage optical qualities for contemporary filmmaking.

Vintage Cinematic Look: Known for their unique aesthetic, including low contrast, warm color rendition, gentle focus fall-off, and sought-after, beautiful lens flares.

High Speed: Feature fast T-stops, often as low as T1.3/T1.4, enabling excellent low-light performance and shallow depth of field.

Modern Mechanicals (TLS Rehousing): Upgraded with robust, chassis-style housings (aluminum alloy/stainless steel) for professional use, including:

PL Mount for compatibility with modern cinema cameras.

Cam Driven Focus System with an extended focus scale (approx. 300-330° rotation) for precise, repeatable focus pulls.

Uniform 110mm Front Diameter across the set for quick accessory changes (matte boxes, filters).
