Interchangeable Rear Optics (IRO) Technology: This is the most significant feature. A simple swap of the rear optical block allows the lens to convert between two different image formats: Super 35mm (S35) and Full-Frame/VistaVision. This makes them highly adaptable for a wide range of cameras.

Fast & Consistent Aperture: Both lenses offer a very fast T2.0 aperture in their native S35 configuration, which is great for low-light shooting. The aperture remains constant across the entire zoom range, meaning no light “ramping” when you zoom in or out.
Cinema-Style Mechanics: The lenses have three independent control rings for focus, iris, and zoom, each with industry-standard 0.8 MOD gear teeth for compatibility with follow focus and lens control motors.
Internal Zoom and Focus: The lens’s physical length does not change when zooming or focusing, which is ideal for working with matte boxes and other accessories.
Interchangeable Mounts: They come standard with a PL mount but can be converted to other popular camera mounts like Sony E, Canon EF, and RF with optional mount kits.
