The Aaton A-Minima is a cult-classic Super 16mm film camera, famous for being one of the smallest and most ergonomic 16mm cameras ever produced. Roughly the size of a large SLR, it was designed specifically for handheld “grab-and-go” cinematography, extreme sports, and tight locations where a standard XTR would be too bulky. It uses unique 200ft daylight-loading spools, making it a favorite for indie filmmakers and documentary shooters who want the film look with modern mobility.
