High-Speed Filming: Capable of shooting at speeds ranging from 1 to 150 frames per second (fps), with some models like the Advanced and Xtreme able to go as slow as 0.1 fps for time-lapse effects.
Adjustable Shutter: The Arri 435 ES and later models feature an electronic mirror shutter that can be adjusted continuously from 11.2° to 180°, even while the camera is running, offering flexibility for exposure control.

Dual-Pin Registration: It utilizes a precise 5-link movement with dual registration pins and pull-down claws to ensure rock-steady images at all speeds.
Modular Design: The camera is part of a larger system with a wide range of accessories, including different magazines (400 ft and 1000 ft), remote control units, and other electronic and mechanical add-ons.
MOS Operation: The camera is designed as an MOS (Mit Out Sound) camera, meaning it is not quiet enough for on-set dialogue recording. This makes it ideal for applications like visual effects, high-speed photography, and second-unit work.
