ALEV III Super 35 CMOS Sensor: Utilizes the same acclaimed sensor as the larger ALEXA models, delivering natural color reproduction, low noise, and a film-like aesthetic.
Compact & Lightweight Design: Weighing roughly 5 lbs (2.3 kg), the carbon-fiber body is optimized for use on brushless gimbals, multicopters (drones), and tight shooting environments.
14+ Stops of Dynamic Range: Captures immense detail in both highlights and shadows, providing a high latitude for exposure and flexibility in color grading (Log C).
Integrated Motorized ND Filters: Features internal Full Spectrum Neutral Density (FSND) filters (0.6, 1.2, and 2.1) that can be switched remotely, saving time on set.
Versatile Recording Formats: Supports robust recording options including ProRes 4444 XQ, and uncompressed unencrypted ARRIRAW (up to 30fps Open Gate or 48fps 2.8K) for maximum post-production control.
High Frame Rates: Capable of shooting up to 200 fps in 2K and HD ProRes for high-quality slow-motion capture.
4:3 Sensor Mode: Allows for true anamorphic shooting with dedicated de-squeeze monitoring, ideal for widescreen cinematic productions.
Interchangeable Lens Mounts: Ships typically with a titanium PL mount (with LDS support) but can be swapped for EF or B4 mounts to accommodate a wide variety of lenses.
