Note about the 50mm lens:
The witness scale has fallen out of calibration with the optic in a manner that is not fixed by traditional collimation. It’s a little (-) in the close focus range and a little (+) in the far focus. So at close focus the witness marks indicate that you’re a little under where you should be, and close to infinity, it’s over ( meaning you can get a proper infinity no problem, which is important). The mid-range is on. It’s quite minor, but for the sake of full disclosure, it bears mentioning. It would need either a re- tooling of the focus mechanism, or the cheaper and more practical solution would probably be to re-do the markings on the barrel, since close focus and infinity are not really compromised.
